The short version

We collect what you type into the enquiry form, and anonymous, aggregated statistics about which pages get read. We do not sell anything, we do not run advertising, and we do not pass your details to vendors.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your company and your infrastructure. Only what you type — nothing is gathered in the background.

When you read the site: aggregated statistics such as which pages are viewed, approximate region and referring source. We use privacy-friendly analytics that does not set advertising cookies or build a profile of you. If no analytics token is configured, no analytics script loads at all.

What we do with it

• Reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, carry out the work
• Understand which pages are useful, in aggregate

What we never do

• Sell or rent your details
• Pass your details to a vendor without asking you first, every time
• Add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry
• Run advertising or retargeting

Who else handles it

Enquiry forms are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Site analytics are provided by our analytics provider as configured. The site itself is hosted on a static hosting platform. Each of these sees only what is necessary to do its job.

Confidentiality

Infrastructure details are commercially sensitive and we treat them that way. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share anything detailed — just ask.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as we have an active or prospective working relationship, and after that for as long as we are legally required to.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@nugenit.in and we will deal with it.
